Excellent customer service - Thomas M. in the service department really goes above and beyond to ensure your service experience is a great one. I appreciate their accurate wait time estimates as well...as a working professional it’s nice to know their wait time estimates are as quoted every time.
Very easy non pushy, experienced and knowledgeable service. They worked with us and didn’t talk bad about any other brands we were looking at. They just wanted to show us the Acura and let us know about it and then make a deal on it, which we did. Great communication and an easy and actually fun process believe it or not. The other dealerships were pushy or annoying. These guys just wanted to make sure we knew everything and then wanted to make sure we got a good deal. When we left the first night there was no pressure to buy. The call came back the next day letting us know the car had arrived. So we went up and bought it. And love it. And will go back again when it’s time for another Acura which I am sure there will be a time in our future. Thanks for making it easy, stress free, and making us a deal instead of playing the common back and forth with the manager game. Nobody enjoys that. Straight up here and honest. Very friendly too. And also accommodating. Great service and prices!
I recently went in for a new car and had the smoothest transaction ever purchasing a new car! Keith, Tyler as well as majority of the staff were very personable. They were very laid back. No pressure. Customer service was above and beyond which I appreciate because I was shopping for a car for over a week it was stressful until I decided to walk into Kearny Mesa Acura 🙂

Had the absolute best experience at this dealership today. My sister leased an Acura last year from Keith and suggested I talk to him. I'd been shopping at car dealers all over town. From the start Keith and Kevin made the process so easy. We came to terms on price and Keith picked up my MDX from another dealership so I could get it today. Kevin explained all of the terms and even programmed my settings for me. He wouldn't let me leave the lot until I felt completely comfortable with my new car. I highly recommend this dealership. They're straightforward and honest and not pushy at all.
