Kearny Mesa Acura Alternative Transportation Policy

Dear Valued Client,

Kearny Mesa Acura understands the importance and time involved in servicing and maintaining your Acura. Recently a number of customers have asked questions about different transportation options, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify and state alternative transportation options and policies.

• Customers must have a schedule service appointment for a loaner vehicle due to a small number of loaner cars available.

• To obtain a loaner vehicle, work on the vehicle must be a factory warranty repair or exceed 4 hours of labor. Customers with less than 4 hours of work are invited to wait in our customer lounge, or be provided with a shuttle ride within 10 miles of dealership or to a rent a loaner for $37/day (as a convenience to you we offer a $10 charge in lieu of refilling the loaner gas tank)

• All loaner car customers must be 21 years of age, possess a valid drivers license with a current proof of insurance card that matches the vehicle they are dropping off for service.

• Every attempt is made to keep our loaner car appointment, however this is dependent on other customers returning loaners on a timely basis.
